不平衡激励对涡轮增压器转子动力学特性影响的模拟分析Simulation Analysis of the Influence of Unbalanced Excitation on Turbocharger Rotor Dynamics

摘要(Abstract):
针对涡轮增压器转子存在不平衡激励的问题,采用试验和仿真相结合的手段,在考虑稳态浮环轴承传热影响的条件下探究了其对转子动力学特性的影响。结果发现:当不平衡位于压气机叶轮前缘时转子振动相对稳定;转子振动的最大偏移量受次同步振动的影响较为明显;与形成180°相位差的异相位不平衡相比,同相位不平衡下的涡轮增压器转子运转相对更稳定。
