摘要(Abstract):
概括了汽车密封条设计分析中的高度非线性问题,在此基础上,归纳总结了模拟密封条材料的材料本构模型、基础材料试验及配套试验装置的发展,探讨了材料模型的选用依据,并分析了Mullins效应、摩擦效应等关键问题对材料试验和模拟分析结果的影响。结合大型非线性有限元分析软件,考察了现有CAE技术在评定汽车密封件实际工作性能上的具体应用。
