汽车发动机舱散热性能的研究与优化Research and Optimization of Automobile Engine Compartment Heat Dissipation Performance

摘要(Abstract):
为提高发动机舱冷却模块的散热性能,对某乘用车发动机舱内气体流动情况进行三维CFD仿真研究。研究发现怠速工况下流过冷却模块热空气的动能不足以克服冷却模块前后压差而形成热空气回流,其为导致发动机舱温度过高的主要原因之一,进而提出3种加设挡风板的优化方案。研究表明,3种优化方案格栅进气利用率可达135.8%、135.9%及100%,散热器实际散热量分别提高12.1%、12.8%和26.6%,回流进气比例分别降低39.9%、40.5%和100%。
