风冷永磁同步电机噪声分析与优化Noise Analysis and Optimization of Air Cooled Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要(Abstract):
以额定功率为18 kW的风冷永磁同步电机为研究对象,建立二维电磁仿真模型,利用有限元软件计算其径向电磁力,通过快速傅里叶变换分析径向电磁力的谐波次数,分别对电机的定子和整机进行了模态测试,得到其各低阶模态固有频率,分析了电机振动和噪声产生的原因,提出了一种通过优化电机壳体结构降低电机噪声的方法,并对改进后的风冷永磁同步电机进行了热仿真分析和噪声试验验证,结果表明,改进后电机温升满足工作要求,噪声降低了约11 dB(A)。
