基于ISO 26262的失效模式和诊断策略分析准确度研究Research on FMEDA Accuracy Based on ISO 26262

摘要(Abstract):
针对ISO 26262《道路车辆功能安全》中没有考量失效模式和诊断策略分析(FMEDA)准确度的问题,在详细分析FMEDA流程及其关键因素的基础上,以FMEDA结果为前提,提出了FMEDA三维准确度验证方法,并以惯性传感系统为例阐述了所提出方法的应用过程。结果表明,该方法提高了FMEDA结果的正确性,有助于系统功能安全及整车功能安全的实现。
