商用车ECE R29法规通过性研究Research of a Commercial Vehicle to Meet ECE R29 Standard

摘要(Abstract)：
对某商用车进行ECER29法规正面摆锤冲击试验时出现的问题进行了分析,总结了驾驶室失效原因,并应用CAE工具分别对前悬置和近点驾驶室地板进行了结构优化。试制优化结构样件装配整车,进行了正面摆锤冲击试验。结果表明,前悬置支架未发生断裂现象,驾驶室与车架未发生脱离;地板变形得到了有效控制;乘员生存空间有较大的改善。
