离子氮化与离子镀TiN复合涂层的结合强度及强化机理Bond Strength and Reinforcement Mechanism of Compound Coating of Ionitriding and Ion Plating TiN

摘要(Abstract):
研究了3Cr2W8V和M2基体进行离子氮化和离子镀TiN复合涂层的结合强度和强化机理。利用XRD法分析了涂层的相结构,用划痕法测定了涂层的结合力,并用SEM观察分析了划痕形貌。结果表明,离子氮化与离子镀TiN复合涂层的结合力和硬度均高于TiN单层;合理的硬度梯度分布、膜基界面冶金结合、TiN沉积过程中离子氮化ε-Fe2-3N相的含量减少、离子氮化过渡层对顶层TiN涂层有力的支撑作用,是复合涂层强化的主要原因。
