气道内喷射压缩空气以改变缸内涡流强度的研究Research on Compressed Air Injecting into Intake Ports to Change Swirl Intensity In-cylinder

摘要(Abstract):
以某款柴油机缸盖进气道为研究对象,在稳流气道试验台上将一定压力的压缩空气喷入缸盖进气道,测量进气道入口不同截面喷射位置缸内的涡流强度。并将此装置应用在单缸机上,借助缸内高温内窥镜技术研究不同涡流强度下对缸内燃烧过程的影响。结果表明,螺旋进气道喷射位置的变化对缸内涡流影响不敏感,而切向进气道不同入口位置的流速变化对缸内涡流强度影响显著。
