屏蔽层对CAN总线抗干扰能力影响的研究Research on Anti-interference Ability of Shielding Layer on Vehicle CAN Bus

摘要(Abstract):
分析了屏蔽双绞线和非屏蔽双绞线感性和容性耦合机理。根据ISO7637—3标准搭建了系统测试平台,通过试验对比分析了屏蔽层存在与否和不同接地方式对汽车CAN总线抗干扰能力的影响,研究了错误帧的产生原因及与负载率的关系。试验结果表明,当屏蔽双绞线的屏蔽层不接地时,其传输信号的抗干扰能力和非屏蔽双绞线基本相同;屏蔽层入端接地和两端接地抗干扰能力略好于出端接地抗干扰能力。
