  • 中国电动物流车商业模式研究

    通过分析我国电动物流车产业快速发展的机遇与挑战,指出了创新商业模式对于促进电动物流车推广应用的必要性。首先分析了主要应用于城市内支线和末端配送的电动物流车的最新研究进展、发展趋势以及推广应用中的主要难点,基于对各地推广应用电动物流车典型案例的分析,重点对电动物流车传统商业模式与创新商业模式进行比较,通过分析各商业模式的典型特征与适用场景,对推进电动物流车产业化与应用提出了合理建议。

  • 插电式混合动力汽车全生命周期评价(英文)

    The main target of the study was to perform a life cycle assessment of a Prius PHEV by Ga Bi modeling.The ANL model was used to simplify the functional unit and the process of Ga Bi modeling in material production, while the Ga Bi modeling was used to analyse some specific processes during the component manufacture unavailable in GREET 2.The assembly, use and repair phase were also investigated. The results revealed that the use phase accounts for a majority of energy use and emissions which result from fuel combustion and electricity generation for charging the batteries. Mineral resources consumption are dominated by material production. Besides, the Ga Bi modeling helps to improve the accuracy of CO2 emission calculation during the component manufacture about 17.39%.

  • P2混合动力汽车发动机起动过程驾驶性研究(英文)

    Perfect performance of economy and emissions make hybrid powertrain used more widely, but frequent engine start may affect vehicle's driveability. In order to obtain how to improve hybrid vehicle's driveability, Audi A6 Hybrid which is equipped with a P2 powertrain with two engine start modes: conventional start with a 12 V starter and hybrid start with a high-voltage motor, is evaluated under several driving situations with frequently-used criteria. Test results show Audi A6 Hybrid can gain perfect driveability in all engine start situations. Avoiding to start engine frequently in some special situations, suitable choice of engine start modes, compensating driver's request torque by down-shifting gear or increasing the traction motor torque, and maneuver sequences of K0 clutch are all helpful to obtain perfect driveability for Audi A6 Hybrid.

  • 相对传递路径分析方法及其在轿车车身振动分析中的应用

    提出一种基于全局传递率矩阵的相对传递路径分析方法,该方法建立传递路径分离模式,对分离模式下的响应进行预测,并计算出传递路径相对贡献度。针对轿车车身振动问题进行应用研究,选取发动机悬置安装点加速度和车内座椅安装处加速度作为振动传递分析的研究对象,试验结果表明,基于全局传递率矩阵的相对传递路径分析方法可以有效预测振动传递分离模式下的目标加速度,能够识别出贡献度较大的传递路径,验证了方法的工程可行性,为开展轿车车身NVH性能分析提供了可借鉴的方法和途径。

  • 基于现代试验技术的小排量发动机曲轴疲劳强度的试验研究

    针对小排量发动机曲轴发生扭转疲劳破坏性增大的现象,引入带有高性能软件的曲轴疲劳试验机,在对获取的测试信息及时处理后,用失效概率这一评估指标替代传统安全系数以做出评估。为适应轻量化趋势,小型曲轴在材料、结构和工艺三要素上有所改进,通过试验研究对其进行验证。结果表明,有效提升了曲轴疲劳强度试验的可靠性。

  • 满足国Ⅵ排放法规的重型车用柴油机非对称增压器开发

    首先介绍实现国Ⅵ排放法规的技术路线,其次介绍非对称增压器的模型建立,最后详细论述增压器的选型开发。通过试验结果可知,非对称增压器方案相比VGT方案能够实现目标空燃比和EGR率,并且泵气损失最小。通过对比试验结果和模拟结果,识别出非对称增压器模拟技术的难点。

  • 基于模型控制的未来柴油机开发(英文)

    Heavy duty diesel vehicles compliant with current Euro VI/EPA13 emission limits employ aftertreatment systems based on DOC/DPF technology for soot and particulate matter reduction and SCR catalysts with urea dosing for NO x reduction. Traditionally, the majority of the control systems used for urea dosing are map based. However, increasing system complexity combined with real-world performance requirements are a strong motivation to switch to a model-based control approach. Firstly, this article describes a model-based design approach for aftertreatment control development. Focus is on urea dosing control for Euro VI level SCR systems. To achieve the legal emissions limits, including in-service conformity over the vehicle lifetime, advanced model-based control strategies enable maximal NO x conversion in combination with minimum ammonia slip, while ensuring robustness against real-life disturbances. Simulation and experimental results of the control system are presented, which demonstrate the performance and robustness properties. Following this model-based approach, a concept study is performed to explore aftertreatment and control technologies to achieve ultra-low NO x emissions as will be imposed by regulatory bodies in the near future. It is shown that aftertreatment concepts with Passive NO x Adsorber and SCR on DPF are most promising. To optimize overall engine-aftertreatment performance, the modelbased control approach is extended towards Integrated Emission Management(IEM). Based on the actual system state, this supervisory controller minimizes operating costs at each instant in time under all operating conditions. This is key for costoptimal and robust performance.

  • 某大型全铝全承载城市客车车体骨架设计开发

    建立了某钢制全承载城市客车车体骨架的有限元模型,通过模态试验验证了其准确性。在钢制客车几何模型和有限元模型的基础上进行全铝车体骨架结构转化和灵敏度分析,找出对铝制客车性能参数影响较大的零部件,依据灵敏度分析结果搭建优化设计数学模型,代入基于Opti Struct求解器模块的优化软件中进行迭代优化。实车模态试验验证结果表明,优化后的全铝车体骨架在性能参数不低于钢制车体骨架的情况下,实现了38.5%的轻量化效果。

  • 纯电动牵引车动力系统参数匹配与仿真

    以某纯电动牵引车为研究对象,依据汽车动力性、经济性指标对该牵引车的电机和动力电池进行了选型和参数匹配。利用CRUISE软件搭建了性能仿真模型,针对不同工况对该车进行了最高车速、加速时间、最大爬坡度及经济性仿真分析。仿真结果与试验结果对比表明,该纯电动牵引车动力系统参数匹配过程合理,仿真分析方法可靠有效。

  • 基于预判控制的部分流颗粒稀释采样系统研究

    为了满足重型柴油机国Ⅵ排放法规的新要求,对部分流颗粒稀释系统采用预判控制,并进行WHTC瞬态试验循环,同时与在线控制模式及全流稀释取样系统的结果进行比较。结果表明,基于预判控制的部分流系统能够进行精确的比例取样,与在线控制模式相比,采样误差减小了64.2%,且将采样流量和排气流量之间的相关系数提高到0.95以上。以全流稀释取样系统结果为基准,颗粒PM的测试精度提高了42.4%。
